Blueprints, when placed are transparent structures that can be moved or deleted when interacted with and cannot be collided with. When filled with enough Wood, the blueprint becomes a solid structure. Blueprints are purchasable at Wood R Us (62 blueprints) and Fancy Furnishings (7 blueprints) for 10 times the amount of wood they require to fill. It costs a total of $4,960 Money (previously 5,520) to purchase all current blueprints.
Using Blueprints[]
When the player buys their first blueprint, an inventory tool named "Blueprint Manager" will appear in the player's inventory. Future blueprints bought will be shown in the same Blueprint Manager.
To place blueprints, the player must own a plot of Land and a blueprint they desire to place, which can be located through the Blueprint Manager. Once selected, it can then be placed by pressing the "E" key on a desired location.
To fill blueprints, the player can place a desired wood plank inside the blueprint. Blueprints will display how much wood is currently filling it from a percentage of 0% to 100%. Once reaching 100%, the wood disappears and the blueprint becomes a solid structure. The unit of wood required varies depending on the blueprint.
Blueprints with two or more different wood types will use the wood type of the highest ratio. For example, a blueprint filled with 51% Elm Wood and 49% Oak Wood, the finished structure will express Elm Wood.
On October 23, 2017, Easy Building was introduced. It is a power that allows any Blueprint to be filled with only 1 Unit of any type of wood, though this power costs $10,009,000 Money and is only applied to the slot it was purchased on. The same power can be bought on all slots by purchasing the Super Blueprints Gamepass for 720 Robux. The Blueprint Manager will turn gold whenever the player has Easy Building.

Lorem Ipsum Blueprint[]
The Lorem Ipsum Blueprint is an unobtainable blueprint that can only be found within the game files, and was likely used for testing and generating blueprints. Lorem Ipsum is filler text for testing textural layout. More information can be found on Wikipedia.
Its design consists of only the text, unlike other blueprints which consists of a text and an image.
Bugs/Glitches[]
On rare occasions, blueprints can fail to create the structure properly, causing them to exceed 100%. These blueprints could not be removed and became filled with Grey Wood once the player reloaded that slot. This has been patched by Defaultio since, but the over completion bug has remained.
Blueprints cannot be directly overlaid onto one another. However, this can be bypassed by rotating the blueprint or structure in a specific movement. This causes blueprints to have a more intense white tint due to multiple blueprints overlapping in the same spot. This can also allow players to place parts of blueprint or structure outside their own land boundaries.
If blueprint boxes were brought to a player's plot and reloaded that slot, it will become that blueprint inside the box and become available in the player's Blueprint Manager.
