Blueprints are transparent structures that cannot be physically interacted with. When filled with enough wood, the Blueprint becomes a solid structure. Blueprints are purchasable at Wood R Us (60 blueprints available) and Fancy Furnishings (7 blueprints available).

Using Blueprints

When the player buys their first Blueprint, an inventory tool called Blueprint Manager will appear in the player's inventory. When another Blueprint is bought after the first, it will show up in the same Blueprint Manager.

To place Blueprints, the player must have a plot of Land, and the blueprint they desire to place, which can be located by using the Blueprint Manager tool. Once selected, they can then place the Blueprint by pressing the "E" key.

To fill the Blueprint, the player can place the desired wood plank inside the Blueprint. Blueprints will display how much wood is currently delivered, showing a percentage from 0% to 100%, at which the delivered wood disappears and the Blueprint becomes a solid structure. The number of units of wood needed varies, depending on the Blueprint.

The wood the final structure will be is the one with the highest ratio. For example, 51% of Elm Wood and 49% of Oak Wood will end up with Elm Wood in the final structure.

On October 23rd, 2017, Easy Building was introduced. It is a power that allows any Blueprint to be filled with only 1 unit of any type of wood, at the cost of $10,009,000 Money.

Bugs/Glitches

Before, on some occasions, Blueprints may go over the 100% completion mark. It cannot be removed, and when the Land the blueprint is in is reloaded, may cause the creation of Grey Wood. The creation of grey wood part has now been patched by the game creator, Defaultio, but not the over completed Blueprint part.

Blueprints will not let any other variants of its kind be placed onto the same area as it is placed to. However, the game will allow the player to place a Blueprint into another Blueprint or structure in the same place, if rotated in a specific manner.

Another glitch that involves a complete blueprint within another but is incomplete, will change the color of the complete blueprint when a certain plank is touching the incomplete blueprint, due to how blueprints whitens for each percentage.
